Accuracy: We strive to display the colors, descriptions, and details of our fragrances as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is completely error-free.

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. Prices are billed in the currency displayed at checkout.

By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes and shipping charges). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

Data Encryption (SSL): To ensure your browsing and shopping experience is completely safe, our website is secured with a 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate. All data transferred between your browser and our storefront—including login credentials and personal details—is fully encrypted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MR.G FRAGRANCES INC., its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or products. Our products are for external use only; you are responsible for reading ingredient lists to avoid allergic reactions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

We reserve the right to update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

All MR.G Fragrances products are for external, topical use only. Avoid contact with eyes and keep out of reach of children and pets. Spray fragrances contain alcohol and are flammable; keep away from open flames or intense heat.

Because skin types vary, we strongly recommend performing a small patch test before full application. MR.G Fragrances Inc. complies with Health Canada’s cosmetic standards and does not claim to treat or cure any medical skin conditions. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. MR.G Fragrances Inc. does not store, view, or have access to your private credit or debit card information. All transactions comply fully with PCI-DSS security standards.
