Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship across Canada (3–7 business days) and internationally (7–14 business days). Please note: International customers are responsible for any local customs fees or duties.
Why is my order shipping via ground transit?
To comply with transport safety regulations, alcohol-based fragrances are shipped via standard ground transit.
Are my payments secure?
Absolutely. We securely accept all major credit cards. All transactions are encrypted and processed through our PCI-compliant payment partner, and we never store your credit card details.
Can I return an opened fragrance?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. We highly recommend trying our Sample Packs first!
What if my bottle arrives broken?
Email us at mrgfragrances@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will immediately arrange a replacement or refund.
