Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the original delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Gift sets and sample packs are final sale and non-returnable.

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we absolutely cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrances, perfume oils, or attars.

To initiate a return, please email us at mrgfragrances@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Note: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Stripe).

If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us immediately at mrgfragrances@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund for damaged goods.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer direct exchanges for different scents. If you wish to try a different fragrance, we recommend purchasing our Sample Pack before committing to a full-sized bottle.
