Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including your tracking number.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Delivery: Typically 3 to 7 business days.
• Important Note on Fragrances: Due to Canadian transport regulations, perfumes containing alcohol are classified as flammable liquids and must be shipped via standard ground transportation. Expedited air shipping is not available for these specific items.

We proudly offer international shipping! Delivery times generally range from 7 to 14 business days depending on the destination.

• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: MR.G Fragrances Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at mrgfragrances@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
